We have launched a brand-new ticketing system to better service our partner stations. All of the ticket data from the old Spiceworks system has been imported with no information lost in the transition.
Whats New?
There are a lot of new help topics (categories) to choose from when submitting a ticket. Please choose the topic that best fits the nature of your as we have changed the routing of tickets to get them to the right people upon submission.
When submitting a ticket you might notice that we've added some new fields so we can capture more information during the creation of the ticket. In order for us to more quickly expedite your request please try to provide as much information during the submission as possible.
Whats Going Away?
With the launch of this system the use of unique URLs (https://WXYZ.jointmastercontrol) and email addresses (WXYZ.tickets@jointmastercontrol.org) has been discontinued. All of the old URLs will redirect to the new ticket system, but the old e-mail addresses have been shut down.
The ability specify a specific service (Stream) when filing a ticket is also going away, at least temporarily. This is a feature we may try to implement in the future, if practical.
